PS Foamed Sheet Production Line

    The KZOUN PS foamed sheet production line is a new type of foamed sheet extrusion equipment independently developed to address the existing shortcomings of current market extruders, with core advantages focusing on the optimization and upgrading of the twin-screw structure.

    - More uniform mixing and nucleation: The twin-screw barrel is equipped with a dual-pipeline injection system, and a KZOUN independently developed static mixing device is added to the secondary screw, significantly improving the nucleation rate of the materials and foaming agents.

    - Safer and more reliable production: A high nucleation rate ensures that almost no static electricity is generated during the production process. Combined with the large-angle screw thread design, the injection pressure of the foaming agent is maintained at a low and constant state, further enhancing the stability of safe production.
