*Floor Soundproof Mats

Currently, customers using KZOUN's production line have widely applied the foamed materials produced to the backing of SPC flooring, WPC flooring, and LVT flooring. Its high resilience, high compressive strength, and flexibility have completely surpassed traditional IXPE materials.

* Hotel disposable slippers

The KZOUN foam sheet production line can produce disposable slipper foam soles, whose performance can completely replace EVA and EPE foam soles. This application has achieved a significant market share and received unanimous praise from the hotel industry.

*Fresh Produce Tray*

The foam sheet production line we developed can also produce high-hardness rolls, which can be used to manufacture thermoformed fresh produce trays. These trays can withstand low temperatures of minus 50°C and have high compressive strength.
